Albert “Doc” Stevenson was born on May 22, 1947 to the late Idella and Roger Stevenson in New Orleans, LA. Albert was the youngest of seven siblings. He accepted Christ at an early age. He married his loving wife, Deborah Stevenson on April 30, 1983.
On Thursday afternoon, December 7, 2017, our Heavenly Father reached down and said “Son, well done. Your work here is done. It’s time to come home and take your eternal rest”.
He graduated from South Down High School in 1965. He furthered his education at Delgado Community College earning an Associate’s Degree. He is a veteran of both the United States Army and the United States Navy. On his life’s journey he was employed as a service technician for Montgomery Ward, South Central Bell, AT&T and McDermott.
