Christopher Jamal "Doodie" Singleton, 23, a resident and native of Morgan City, LA, passed away on Tuesday October 31, 2017 at Teche Regional Medical Center at 11:52 PM. 

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Siracusa Recreation Center, 1110 Grace St. Morgan City (Siracusa) from 9:00 AM until funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow funeral services in the union Bethel Cemetery in Amelia, LA.

Memories of "Doodie,"as he was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his parents, Cheryl Ann Singleton of Amelia, LA and Vincent J. (Shawn Miller) Joseph, Sr. of Thibodaux, LA; two brothers, Vincent Joseph, Jr. and Kyrin Joseph both of Thibodaux three sisters, NaToya (Christopher) Williford of Greenwood, LA and Collin Joseph of Napoleonville, LA and Akasia Joseph both of Thibodaux, LA; his maternal grandparents, Harold (Cheryle) Stewart of Placquemine, LA; a paternal grandmother, Louella Miller of Morgan City, LA; twelve aunts, seven uncles and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Christopher was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Otis Jospeh, Sr. and Verna Mae Joseph; his maternal grandmother, Ora Lee Singleton and his maternal and paternal great-grandparents.
