Nola Broussard Granger, 100, a resident of Morgan City, LA and native of Delcambre, LA, passed away on Sunday April 16, 2017 at her residence.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday April 22, 2017 from 7:30 AM until a rosary, which will be recited at 8:30 AM, at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church in Morgan City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM with Father Freddie serving as the Celebrant. Burial will follow mass services in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Memories of Nola will forever remain in the hearts of her seven children Joressa Chappell of Hampton,VA, Barbara Steward (Willie) of Berwick, LA, Gail Jackson of Glenns, VA, Judy Smith (Gregory) of Spring, TX, Clarence Granger (Elise) of Patterson, LA, Michael Granger of Morgan City, LA and Beverly Granger of Coatesville, PA; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Essley Chentlen of Beaumont, TX and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Elijah Granger, Sr., her parents, Ursin Broussard, Jr., and Angeline Mouton Broussard, five brothers and six sisters.
