Obituary

Carl Anthony Williams, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, LA, passed away peacefully at 8:11 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021.

A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Plymouth Rock Baptist Church, 1000 Wallis Street in Houma. Burial will follow in Crescent Farm Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Pratt Williams; son, Larry D. Williams, Jr.; daughters, Tamekia and Shamora Williams; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; mother, Marian Yvonne George; brothers, Ronald, James, Renard and Shedrick Williams, Milton and Walter George, Kendal Parker and Jerome Johnson; sisters, Dawn Williams, Terrilyn Ricks, Sabrina Williams and Theresa Parfait; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Williams, Sr.; stepfather, Walter George; sister, Antionette G. Fox.
