Emma Ann Bonvillain, a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Dallas, TX passed away on October 29, 2023.
Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 1:00PM until funeral time at 2:00PM at Morning Star Baptist Church 120 Mission Blvd., Houma, LA 70363. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
She is survived by one brother James Bonvillain Sr., two sisters Delores (Norman) Johnson and Mary Nixon, one sis-in-law Josephine Bonvillain and one son-in-law James King, Two God sons Ranell Fanguy and Barnard Bonvillain, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father Willie Bonvillain Sr. and mother Emma (Susie) Rutledge Bonvillain. One son Kenneth (Tiffany) Pledger, two daughters Nakia Lasean Bonvillain and Lisa Marie King. Five brothers Earl (Viola) Bonvillain, Willie Bonvillain Jr., Albert E. Bonvillain, Harry (Jackie) Bonvillain, Paul (Beverly) Bonvillain, and five sisters Bertha (James) Bonvillain LeBoeuf, Florence Bell (James) Bonvillain, Dorothy Mae (Milton) Stevenson, Ora Mae (Roy) Norman, and Leola Mae (Elmon) Torrey, one sister in law Joyce Bonvillain, and one brother in law Chester Nixon
