Obituary

Freddie Lyons, 85, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2021.

A public viewing will be conducted from 1230 p.m. until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma. Burial will follow in Union Benevolent Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Denise Lyons; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Lyons, Sr.; mother, Thelma Robinson Lyons Nash (Claude); brothers, William, Sr., Lionel, Sr., Washington, and Johnnie Lyons, Jr.; sister, Laura Bell L. Toussaint; grandparents, Andrew Robinson and Bertha Douglas.
