Nathan Elvin (Tommy) Sam, 70, a resident of Houma, LA passed away peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2022.
Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 9:00 AM until funeral time at 11:00 AM at Jones Funeral Home 230 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.) Burial will follow at Crozier Cemetery
Memories of Nathan will forever remain in the heart of his brother, Gregory Sam and family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Huelan Blake and grandmother, Clara Mae Blake.
